This applies to any personally identifiable information that PlayAnchor collects from you.
2. Purpose
We collect your personally identifiable information when you're playing so we can keep the service running smoothly and make sure the game stays fair. We use it for a few specific things: Looking at how players behave and using that to tune the difficulty Catching people who try to exploit the game or break the rules Finding and fixing security problems before they become an issue Helping us solve technical problems and keep the servers stable
3. Details
We don't automatically grab a ton of data while you're playing. Beyond what you give us directly, we do keep your IP address around for security and to help us understand usage patterns.
4. Disclosure
We won't share your personally identifiable information with anyone else unless the law forces us to, which would happen under Ontario, Canada law. We do use third-party services to run the game though, and we work with: LiquidWeb Atlassian Amazon Those companies have their own privacy policies and security practices that we expect them to follow.
5. Deletion
Want to wipe your personally identifiable information from our system completely? Just reach out to info@playanchor.pro and we'll take care of it.
6. Protection
We take your privacy seriously and have systems in place to protect your information. If something does go wrong with our data security, we'll let you know by email as soon as we can.
7. Note
Anything you say to other players in the game is visible to them. Don't share personal stuff through our service.
8. Alteration
We can change this policy whenever we want, and we don't have to give you a heads up first.
